A new church's budget can be very tight. Many times the amount for each ministry area is small to begin with. In a children's ministry there are so many items that are bare necessities that very little budget is usually left over to make the staff and volunteers jobs easier. Locations in these early  phases of a church may not have dedicated internet access, and portable access can be outside the scope of the budget. Additionally, even with internet access you would be entrusting your attendees, as well their children's, information to an outside third party.

All of these factors came together at one point in our churches development. We needed something to make getting children checked into their classes faster with less volunteers while at the same time allowing for reporting and using a paging system to get parents when their kids needed them before the end of class. finally, it needed to have a method for heping to ensure the proper parents gt the proper children. Our children's ministry director happens to be married to a software developer so she got an idea for having something written specifically for the church. Due to a lack of time he was unable to write something, however being a friend of his and having time I offered to take over and write the application. After taking longer than it should have, and going through over 10 releases with one major feature update release, it has finally been "finished."

The documentation is available for anyone to download. To download the installer I ask that you register on the site. This provides me with a way to contact you with updates or further information about the product. It also opens the door for you to see more forum topics on the program.

I will do my best to help get the application installed and setup for anyone who asks. It does not matter if you are just checking it out or are planning to use it. Just as I provide the application I will provide setup help. Now, I cannot afford to travel the country randomly helping people with installing it, but in this day and age there are many technologies that will enable me to help out.

I have created and maintain this product at no charge to anyone.
